In an effort to continually offer great service to our customers we have created a simple 14 day Exchange/ Return policy to make your shopping experience easy.
Exchanges
Email us at returns@myfire.com.auand let us know the details of the item you are wishing to exchange for including the style and size where necessary. Once we have received your original item, in its original condition, we will send out your new item at no cost to you.
Returns
Simply email us at returns@myfire.com.auand let us the item you will be returning to MyFire. Once we have received the item in its original condition we will issue your refund.
We are happy to return or exchange products if notified of your intentions and the item being re posted to us within 14 days of you receiving your item.
Believing in the importance of customer satisfaction we would appreciate it if you could let us know why you are returning the item also.
